The Prepared For Change program is designed from start to finish to gather your specific desired outcomes and keep those in mind as we progress through the material. Although information is exchanged in a group setting, I help you to apply the skills I teach directly to your own circumstances – that’s the advantage of coaching over simply taking a course!
I also believe that a strong family unit is an important part of maintaining our health and well-being, so it’s crucial to keep the family together while we work at creating a better us.

Hi! I’m Pat Boone.
I began a consulting career after graduating from university in 1997. I worked in Canada, United States, and United Kingdom as an analyst, developer, and project manager.
In 2007, I was hired on as Payables manager with the Government of New Brunswick (GNB). In 2009, I was asked to lead an Oracle IPM implementation as part of a team responsible for standing up a new GNB Shared Services Agency. The successful implementation had an organization-wide impact and revolutionized the way GNB managed $750M in Accounts Payable transactions annually.
During my time at GNB, I served as Accounts Payable Manager, Project Manager, Business Application Director, and Contract Manager.
In fall of 2018, I decided to begin a new journey as an independent coach and consultant.
I have been married for over 20 years and have two boys; both almost out of their teens.
