Master the FIVE STEPS To Increase Your Earning Power

(Without Sacrificing Your Family)

I’m a dad and a husband…and I’m also a working professional.  So I know the pressures that come with trying to balance it all.

I wanted to succeed so I could provide my family with the things that I didn’t have growing up…without losing them in the process.  I learned how to more valuable to the marketplace, which has given me more earning power.

I’ve had a lot of success over the years and made mistakes too.  I want to help you avoid the mistakes I made and skip right to the success part.  So, I created this program just for that purpose.

If you’re willing to learn and work hard with other people just like you from all over the world click the button below and let’s get started

Why Should You Master The FIVE STEPS?

  • You want to nail the next job interview you have
  • You want to expand or restructure your business
  • You recently lost your job and want to take this OPPORTUNITY to make the next move the right one!
  • You want to climb the corporate ladder
  • You want to improve performance of your current team
  • You're struggling to keep up with demand in your business
  • You want to improve your family relationships

It's Frustrating Not Knowing Where You're Going Wrong...

I made plenty of mistakes leading people and projects.

I’ve failed miserably at interviews.

I’ve opened and closed businesses.

And the whole time, I couldn’t figure out why, but…

…after I learned the FIVE STEPS things started to change…

I’ve taken my 20+ years of professional training and experience and boiled it down to five areas of expertise that will enable you to create the life you’ve dreamed of.

The Prepared For Change program is designed from start to finish to gather your specific desired outcomes and keep those in mind as we progress through the material.  Although information is exchanged in a group setting, I help you to apply the skills I teach directly to your own circumstances – that’s the advantage of coaching over simply taking a course!

I also believe that a strong family unit is an important part of maintaining our health and well-being, so it’s crucial to keep the family together while we work at creating a better us.

Who Am I?

Hi! I’m Pat Boone.

I began a consulting career after graduating from university in 1997.  I worked in Canada, United States, and United Kingdom as an analyst, developer, and project manager.

In 2007, I was hired on as Payables manager with the Government of New Brunswick (GNB).  In 2009, I was asked to lead an Oracle IPM implementation as part of a team responsible for standing up a new GNB Shared Services Agency.  The successful implementation had an organization-wide impact and revolutionized the way GNB managed $750M in Accounts Payable transactions annually.

During my time at GNB, I served as Accounts Payable Manager, Project Manager, Business Application Director, and Contract Manager.

In fall of 2018, I decided to begin a new journey as an independent coach and consultant.

I have been married for over 20 years and have two boys; both almost out of their teens.

Where I Received My Training

What People Say About Me...

You are able to look at the bigger picture when failure was for certain, so an optimistic nature is something you have. A coach on the bench and a friend outside the rink who will make time to stop and talk to a former player/parent. I have always tried to live by the 3 D's: 1) Determination 2) Dedication 3) possess all of those!"

"Motivation, always giving life lessons before games both dealing with hockey and life. Professionalism, respectful which breeds respect from the kids, always positive, smiling, you talk to young adults at the same level (you don't talk down to them)."

Pat asked lots of question and focused solely on the information I provided him with he did not interpret he really looked for honesty. He had a very positive and non- judging approach and focused on ways to improve and work through certain challenges.
