I’m a dad and a husband…and I’m also a working professional. So I know the pressures that come with trying to balance it all.
I wanted to succeed so I could provide my family with the things that I didn’t have growing up…without losing them in the process. It takes hard work and determination, but it can be done!
I’ve had a lot of success over the years and made mistakes too. I want to help others avoid the mistakes I made and skip right to the success part. So, I created this program just for you.
If you’re willing to learn and work hard with other people just like you from all over the world click the button below and let’s get started!
I created the Prepared For Change program to help you and thousands like you to solve the problems listed above and many more.
I’m confident that we can increase your value to the marketplace without sacrificing your family.
Our families are an important part of maintaining our health and well-being, so it’s crucial to keep the family unit together while we work at creating a better us.
The Prepared For Change program is designed from start to finish to gather your specific desired outcomes and keep those in mind as we progress through the material. Although information is exchanged in a group setting, I help you to apply the skills I teach directly to your own circumstances – that’s the advantage of coaching over simply taking a course!
NOTE: Assignments take effort but I promise the work we do will be eye-opening…and worth it!
Hi! I’m Pat Boone.
I began a consulting career after graduating from university in 1997. I worked in Canada, United States, and United Kingdom as an analyst, developer, and project manager.
In 2007, I was hired on as Payables manager with the Government of New Brunswick (GNB). In 2009, I was asked to lead an Oracle IPM implementation as part of a team responsible for standing up a new GNB Shared Services Agency. The successful implementation had an organization-wide impact and revolutionized the way GNB managed $750M in Accounts Payable transactions annually.
During my time at GNB, I served as Accounts Payable Manager, Project Manager, Business Application Director, and Contract Manager.
In fall of 2018, I decided to begin a new journey as an independent coach and consultant.
I have been married for over 20 years and have two boys; both almost out of their teens.
